We are committed to dealing with your personal information in a responsible and professional manner. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We will not disclose your personal information to any person or organization outside New Pathways Patient Advocacy, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use the personal information you provide us (e.g. name, address, phone number, email, birth date, etc.) only as necessary in the course of our providing authorized services for you. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to provide the services that you have authorized us to perform on your behalf.

Your information is not stored on any publicly accessible servers and therefore cannot be accessed by anyone outside New Pathways Patient Advocacy personnel, except as described above.

The documents and information contained within the New Pathways Patient Advocacy website are offered for informational purposes only.

New Pathways Patient Advocacy, LLC does not practice medicine, and does not provide medical advice or opinions whatsoever, and is not a substitute for a client’s physician(s).

We are not an insurance company, guarantor, or charitable organization. We are not responsible for nor do we make or guarantee any payment or reimbursements for any medical or non-medical claims, bills, obligations, or expenses of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation, co-pays and deductibles.

New Pathways Patient Advocacy, LLC is not a financial planner or financial advisor, does not provide these types of services, and is not a substitute for experts in these areas. We are not a licensed insurance navigator and do not endorse any particular insurance companies or policies.

New Pathways Patient Advocacy, LLC will use its best efforts to perform the services as agreed to in the Consultation Agreement. Client agrees to hold harmless New Pathways Patient Advocacy, LLC for any outcome in connection with performance of such duties, nor is there any actual or implied guarantee as to any specific result to be achieved by New Pathways Patient Advocacy, LLC in connection therewith. The Client is responsible for any external expenses and will be advised of such expenses in advance. New Pathways Patient Advocacy’s liability shall in no instance exceed the cost of its services. The Terms and Conditions of the Consultation Agreement are incorporated herein by reference.

All fees, costs, and expenses of any type incurred pursuant to any Consultation Agreement are the sole responsibility of Client (or any approved guarantor). Client understands that all such funds and amounts are not reimbursable by insurance of any type.

New Pathways Patient Advocacy, LLC is not a “Covered Entity” or “Business Associate” and, as such, is not responsible for maintenance and/or release of PHI pursuant to HIPAA. Clients acknowledge, indemnify, and hold harmless New Pathways Patient Advocacy, LLC for any disclosure and re-disclosure of PHI.
